General Manager

Reporting to the Managing Director, the General Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership for the firm's regional consulting practice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing strategic and operational leadership across the regional practice.
• Expanding the firm's presence across the OECS and Barbados.
• Developing and executing business growth, market expansion and client-retention strategies.
• Overseeing financial performance, budgets, service quality, risk and regulatory compliance.
• Leading consulting engagements and maintaining trusted relationships with clients and partners.
• Building, coaching and managing a high-performing team of consultants and support professionals.
• Identifying emerging market opportunities and innovative service offerings.
• Representing the firm at senior-level meetings, industry forums and regional events.

Key Requirements:

• Possess a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Development, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• Have a minimum of 10 years; progressive HR leadership, consulting, or professional services experience.
• Have at least 5 years in a senior leadership or executive management role.
• Possess strong business development, financial management, project leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Have sound knowledge of contemporary HR practices and employment environments within the Caribbean.
• Possess excellent communication, negotiation, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
• Be willing to travel throughout the OECS and Barbados.
